Terms of Service
1. Pricing & Additional Fees
The listed price is the base minimum.
Additional fees will apply for:Extra charactersDetailed backgroundsOrders with more than three artworks in a single transaction will receive a discount.2. Queue System & Priority Levels
Basic Customers (Unpaid)Your request is added to the queue, but will not be started until payment is made.Can be pushed down by Normal and Priority customers.If payment is not made within 3 days, the request will be removed from the queue.Normal Customers (50% Paid) – RecommendedYour order will be processed in queue order.Your slot is secured, but Priority customers have higher priority.You can upgrade to Priority anytime by paying the difference.Once the artwork is finished, the remaining 50% must be paid before delivery.If final payment is not made within 2 days, the commission may be canceled with no refund.A Normal customer can only be pushed down a maximum of 3 times by Priority customers. If pushed more than that, they will be prioritized in the next queue cycle.Priority Customers (Pay 2x Normal Price)Jump to the top of the queue.Faster completion time.Cannot be pushed down by anyone.3. Payment Policy
A 50% upfront payment is required to enter the Normal queue.You can skip the queue by paying 2x the base price, becoming a Priority customer.Payments accepted via:

PayPal (Goods & Services)Robux (via Game Pass)Robux payments must cover the 30% platform tax imposed by Roblox.4. Revision Policy
You are entitled to 1 free revision (minor changes like colors).Additional revisions: $3 per revision.Major changes (pose, composition, etc.) may require additional fees.
5. Completion Time
Estimated completion time for 1 GFX is 1 to 5 days, depending on complexity.
I DO NOT work on Sundays unless you pay for weekend work ($30).
Larger or more detailed orders may take longer.

By ordering, you allow me to share the artwork as part of my portfolio.If you'd like your game name credited, please let me know in advance.7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once the artwork process has started, no refunds will be issued.In rare cases (such as personal or technical issues), refunds may be negotiated.8. Prohibited Uses
The following are not allowed:Reselling, editing, or using the artwork as NFTs or in AI tools.Removing my signature without permission.Requesting content that is offensive, illegal, or includes:NSFWExtreme violenceAny form of discrimination
